Two nights
minimum please and three nights minimum
for most holidays. Reservations will
be confirmed upon receiving full payment and deposit. Applicable
deposit will be refunded within thirty days after your stay. 2 hours of
cleaning service is included in your rental - additional hours will be charged
at $45 an hour.
Subject to availability and timing, we will negotiate special rates for midweek nights and stays longer than one week!
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
Note: Garage apartment must be rented in addition to main house. It is not available as a separate unit.
Boat doc is occupied by owners boat. For rentals shorter than one week - guests can use boat ramp in neighborhood
House is not available for the following dates:
